Unless otherwise agreed, all intellectual property rights related to the software developed by Vriksha Techno Solutions remain our property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client will receive ownership or a license to use the software, as outlined in the contract.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the project. This includes, but is not limited to, trade secrets, business plans, and technical specifications.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vriksha Techno Solutions will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability in any matter related to the services provided shall be limited to the total fees paid by the client for the project in question.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend our services to you at any time if:

• You breach these Terms & Conditions.
• You fail to make timely payments.
• You engage in unlawful activities using our services.

Upon termination, any outstanding balances will be immediately due, and all work may be halted.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Insert Location], India.
